“Combining her deep public policy/issues expertise, political acumen and extensive professional network, Julie researched and drafted a detailed, insightful policy memo for us, providing a roadmap of possible future directions for one of our major issue area portfolios. In her work, she demonstrates a clear passion for and commitment to issues affecting women, children and families. In addition, Julie was a pleasure to work with: proactive in her communication and in managing expectations and timely in meeting established deadlines.”
